Ashville, OH, June 20, 2024 — The 2024 Pickaway County Fair saw an impressive display of dedication and hard work from its young participants, with Kylee Bartoe of Ashville securing the title of Grand Champion Overall Market Hog. Kylee, a member of the Scioto Livestock 4H Club, proudly showed and raised her market hog, Jelly, earning top honors in this highly competitive category.
Kylee Bartoe, a 2024 graduate of Teays Valley High School and the current secretary of her 4H club, has been an active 4H member for eight years. Her commitment to the livestock industry is evident through her consistent participation, having shown Market Hogs every year. Additionally, Kylee branched out into showing market goats last year and won the title of 2023 Grand Champion Market Goat.
Her success is a testament to the countless hours she spends in the barn, preparing her pigs and goats for various shows. Besides her achievements at the Pickaway County Fair, Kylee also competes at The Ohio State Fair and in national competitions across the United States. Her love and passion for the livestock industry drive her to excel and support others in the community.
