Circleville Court of Common Pleas Delivers Verdicts in Recent Cases

Circleville, Ohio – The Court of Common Pleas, under the jurisdiction of Judge P. Randall Knece, has rendered judgments in several cases, bringing resolution to various legal matters. The recent proceedings, held on May 8, 2024, saw individuals from diverse backgrounds facing charges ranging from assault to drug-related offenses.

Among the cases adjudicated, Chad E. Craft, 51, residing at 8447 Granite St., Wheelersburg, OH, was sentenced to serve 3 to 4 ½ years in prison for felonious assault. Similarly, Matthew S. Davis, 59, of 1223 Campbell Ave., Columbus, OH, received a suspended 24-month prison term, along with a restitution order of $3,794.00 and three years of community control, for passing bad checks.

Other cases included Amber Ettrich, 34, from 1719 Kevin St., Ironton, OH, facing charges of possession of cocaine, set for pretrial on June 14. Lamon Lindsay, 41, residing at 19931 Murray Hill Rd., Detroit, MI, was sentenced to serve 2 to 3 years in prison for trafficking in cocaine.

Furthermore, the court addressed cases involving aggravated assault, menacing, and possession of illegal substances, among others, reflecting the diverse nature of legal proceedings undertaken.

These verdicts underscore the commitment of the Court of Common Pleas to uphold justice and maintain law and order within the community.

Pretrial sessions for pending cases have been scheduled for June 14 at 1:00 p.m.
