Man Sentenced to Prison for Trafficking Cocaine in Circleville

Circleville, Ohio – A Michigan man will spend the next few years behind bars after being caught by Circleville Police selling drugs.

The incident, which occurred on May 26, 2023, came to light when Lindsay, as a passenger, was pulled over for a speeding violation. During a routine search of the vehicle, law enforcement officers uncovered approximately 3 grams of a suspicious white rock substance, suspected to be cocaine. Further investigation revealed a cup containing a torn baggie, with Lindsay confessing to disposing of approximately 176 grams of cocaine into it.

Upon being taken into custody and brought to the jail for processing, authorities discovered an additional five baggies of suspected cocaine concealed in Lindsay’s underwear, amounting to approximately 10 grams.

The total weight of the seized substance was reported to be 189 grams, underscoring the seriousness of the alleged offense.

Lindsay faced Pickaway Common pleas this week when he was found guilty of Trafficking in Cocaine a felony. He was sentenced to 2 to 3 years in prison.
