Nelsonville OH- 12/9/2020 06:09PM Officers were involved in a short vehicle pursuit near the public square.
Officers were able to get the vehicle and its occupants stopped. K9 Attila performed a sniff of the vehicle and indicated near the driver side door.
A backpack containing narcotics and paraphernalia was found. A male passenger had an active warrant out of hocking county: Christopher Elliott was arrested, transported to, and booked into the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail. He is being charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Failure to Appear.
Another male subject was given a warning for Driving Under Suspension.
A female passenger with a valid license took possession of the vehicle.
