ASHVILLE – What do you do with your old pumpkin? After lighting up the night on Halloween or looking festive in October most pumpkins are dumped into trash cans or tossed aside for local squirrels, now there’s a third option drop them from a grain elevator and watch them smash!
Pumpkin chuckin for a cause is doing just that and for a great cause, to raise money for Nationwide children’s kids Christmas gifts. So you want to make a impact making a impact?
The event will take place Sunday November 8th from 1 to 4 PM at the Ashville Grain and Propare (50 West Main street). Cost will be 5 bucks a pumpkin. They will take your pumpkin and toss it off the top of the grain mill where it will smash to bits!
Kids will have a blast!
