Ross County Sheriff’s Office Makes Arrest in Bainbridge Bank Robbery

Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office located and apprehended the suspect today, shortly before 1:00 p.m. The arrested individual has been identified as 49-year-old William Eads from Hillsboro, Ohio. Eads faces charges of robbery and is currently being held in the Ross County Jail pending further legal proceedings.

Sheriff’s officials expressed gratitude to several law enforcement agencies for their collaboration and support during the investigation. Special thanks were extended to the Highland County Sheriff’s Office, Highland County Prosecutor’s Office, Hillsboro Police Department, Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (B.C.I.), and Ohio Department of Public Safety for their assistance in the case.

Eads, 49 has been officially charged with Robbery a F2 Felony currently he is being held in Ross County jail on a 25,000 dollar bond.

The bank robbery occurred on April 18th at the Buckeye Savings Bank, taking place around 11:30 a.m. Further details regarding the investigation and arrest are expected to be released as they become available.
