CIRCLEVILLE, OH (June 25, 2024) – Ruoff Mortgage is set to celebrate the grand opening of its new branch at 844 N. Court Street, Circleville, on Thursday, June 27, from 4-7 PM. The event, will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, food, beverages, and a variety of festivities.
Guests can look forward to a walking taco bar catered by Lori and Mark Bidwell of Mega Bites and live music by musician Alan Duffy. Pritchards will provide a tent for the event, and flowers from Bramble Farms will add a touch of elegance. Party favors will be supplied by Joyhouse and Wittichs.
Paula Vance Routt, the driving force behind the new branch, has invited over 300 guests, including realtors, buyers, sellers, and local officials. Although alcohol will not be served, the event promises a relaxed atmosphere where attendees can enjoy music and socialize.
Born and raised in Circleville, Paula Vance Routt is a Circleville High School graduate of 1994. After spending 26 years as a title agent, she transitioned to a loan officer role in 2022. As a mortgage lender at Ruoff Mortgage, Paula handles residential mortgage loans, offering $0 down loans as well as FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans. She also works with clients who are not yet ready to buy, helping them prepare for future homeownership. Paula manages both purchases and refinances.
“I was tired of meeting people in coffee shops locally and wanted a place of my own,” said Paula, who previously worked out of the Worthington office. “Ruoff Mortgage is such a great company and so supportive. I couldn’t ask for a better place. They saw the volume I was bringing in and knew I needed a place.”
