HUBER HEIGHTS, OH — A $138 million Powerball jackpot won in Huber Heights has gone unclaimed, after the winner missed the deadline to claim their prize. The winning ticket, which was purchased on July 3, 2024, at the Walmart Supercenter #1495, located at 7680 Brandt Pike, was set to expire on December 30, 2024, marking the final day for the winner to come forward.

The ticket matched all five numbers—2, 26, 33, 55, 57—along with the Powerball number 22, to win the massive jackpot. Had the winner claimed the prize, they would have been able to choose between the annuity option, paid out over 30 years, or a lump-sum cash prize of $65.8 million.

The ticket was purchased using an auto-pick, meaning the numbers were randomly selected.

Since the prize remains unclaimed, the funds from the jackpot will be allocated to Ohio’s unclaimed prize fund, which will be used as part of the state’s lottery profit to support education. Ohio is set to retain approximately $1.9 million from this unclaimed prize.

Since its inception in 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $33 billion to education in the state. For more details about the Ohio Lottery and its role in supporting education, visit www.ohiolottery.com/supportingeducation.
