CHILLICOTHE, OH – Elisha Burrows found a sparkling $20,000 win on the Ohio Lottery scratch-off, Precious Diamonds.
After mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent, Elisha will receive $14,400.
She bought her winning ticket at Railway Express, located at 13040 Pleasant Valley Rd in Chillicothe.
Precious Diamonds is a $10 scratch-off with a top prize of $1,000,000. As of May 18, 2023, there are four top prizes remaining in the game.
