WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, OH — Rebecca Stone received a happy surprise, winning $20,000 after playing the Ohio Lottery’s $10 Lucky scratch-off game.
She purchased her winning ticket at Flagway #11, located at 1129 Clinton Avenue in Washington Court House.
Rebecca will take home approximately $14,400 after federal and state tax withholdings. As of Feb. 17, there are 14 prizes of $20,000 remaining in Lucky. She beat odds of 1 in 333,333 to win.
Ohio lottery customers can choose to not have their names in releases from the State.
