Staff Reports
The following cases were heard Feb. 18 by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Chase M. Cookson, 25, of Middlefork Road, Amanda, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient.
– James E. Hampson, 35, of Lancaster, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.
– Rachelle Thompson, 29, of Wolfe Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to grand theft and Medicaid eligibility fraud. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Deonte D. Butler, 19, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Samuel D. Good, 35, of Hayesville Road, Kingston, pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.
– Eric L. Bell, 26, of Groveport, pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– William L. Gumm, 44, of Canal Street, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to theft of drugs, robbery and burglary. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.
– Shannon W. Schwalbauch, 40, of Elm Avenue, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.
– Nancy A. Clements, 59, of Rustic Drive, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.
– Michelle Darnell, 30, of Gibson Road, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of grand theft, Medicaid eligibility fraud and falsification. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.
