Brian J. “Opie” Emerson, 23, of Tarlton, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015.
He was born Dec. 29, 1991, in Chillicothe, to Andy and Katherine (Primmer) Emerson, who survive.
Brian was preceded in death by his grandma, Mary Emerson; great-grandparents, Bessie and Charles Hill, Rosie Hissey, James and Katherine Primmer and Leon Emerson; and by grandpa, Carl Stevenson.
In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by his brother, Cody Charles Emerson; nephew, Carter; grandma, Jeannie Emerson; grandparents, Richard and Josephine Primmer; his girlfriend and her son, Justina and Kaydence Bedolla; and by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home with Father Ted Machnik officiating. Burial will follow in Tarlton Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
