The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Leonard R. Anderson III, 35, of East Clinton Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to felony OVI. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison at Orient and a 10-year driver’s license suspension.
– Stephen S. Cline, 69, of Walnut Creek Pike, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to operating an illegal casino. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.
– Susan Cornwell, 49, of Shoshoni Drive, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents, possession of heroin and trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.
– Charles R. Gilliam II, 20, of Graham Drive, Orient, was found guilty by a jury of intimidation of a witness and two counts of theft. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient.
– Samuel D. Good, of Hayesville Road, Kingston, pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Joshua R. Gray, 26, of Eva Drive, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.
– Nicholas J. Hale, 18, an inmate at Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility, pleaded not guilty to assault on Department of Youth Services staff and harassment with a bodily substance. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.
– Mark T. Hinkle Jr., 27, of Skyline Drive, South Bloomfield, pleaded not guilty to attempted theft of a motor vehicle and possession of criminal tools. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.
– Julie A. Leach, 29, of Atwater Avenue, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to illegal conveyance of items into a prison, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.
– Elisa K. Leasure, 41, of state Route 104, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in drugs, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. A jury trial is set for 9 a.m. July 13.
– Michael P. Moore, 42, of Kiefel Road, Laurelville, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient.
– Bryan T. Parmer, 34, of East Mound Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to grand theft and possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Sarah A. Shannon, 25, of Five Points Pike, Mt. Sterling, pleaded guilty to theft, identity fraud and telecommunications fraud. She was sentenced to 48 months in state prison at Marysville.
– John P. Sutton, 60, of Dayton, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
