Raymond Thomas Lindsey, 99, of Circleville, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2015.
He was born on April 8, 1916, in Illinois, to William M.S. and Bertha (McPherson) Lindsey.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary (Gates) Lindsey; his son, Carl Lindsey; grandson, Kevin Lindsey; brother, James Lindsey; and by half-brothers, Donald and Elwood Adams.
Raymond is survived by daughter, Sandy (Rod) Shasteen; daughter-in-law, Freda Lindsey; grandchildren, Kim (Kevin) Ball, Robin (Paul) Cornwell, Brett and Ty (Kelly) Shasteen; 15 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Dan Casioli officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
