– Officers responded to an activated alarm at Gerhardt Law Office on West Franklin Street. The scene checked OK.
– Dawn R. Morrow and Matthew J. Kellough were arrested on outstanding warrants in the 100 block of Pleasant Street.
– Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call from Berger Hospital. Dispatch made contact with registration, who advised everything checked OK.
– Robert A. Fenneken Jr. was arrested for disorderly conduct after a caller reported her ex-husband was causing problems. The officer requested a medic to check the male due to a hand injury. A report was taken on assault.
– A caller requested to speak with an officer due to someone flattening two of his tires within the past two days in the 300 block of East Mill Street. Extra patrol was requested.
– Heather Marie Lynn Harris was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Chillicothe Police Department in the 200 block of Logan Street after officers responded to reports of a male and female fighting on Barnes Avenue.
– A resident in the 100 block of Rustic Drive reported someone spray-painted her grandson’s car, the driveway and one of his friend’s cars. A report was taken on criminal damage.
– A 911 caller reported her alarm was going off in the 400 block of Holiday Lane. Officers advised the scene checked OK.
– Officers were advised to be on the lookout for a vehicle stolen out of the Columbus that may be headed to the area. All units were advised.
– A caller from Dollar General in Tennessee reported someone was attempting to sell 24 pallets of merchandise on River Road in Circleville presumed stolen from a Dollar General loading dock. The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office was advised.
– A resident came to the police station to report her vehicle had been ransacked on Clark Drive.
– Officers performed a stand-by on a child custody issue in the 500 block of East Franklin Street.
– A Vest Towing driver reported his vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle, causing him to be cut by shattered glass in the 500 block of East Main Street. Circleville medics transported the male to the hospital. The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office was advised.
– A resident in the 300 block of East Mound Street reported his residence had been broken into again, possibly by a known suspect. A report was taken.
– Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 300 block of Watt Street. The scene checked OK.
– Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 1200 block of South Pickaway Street. Officers discovered the back door open but were unable to search the premises due to a vicious-acting dog inside. The door was secured, and a door hanger was left.
– A resident in the 100 block of Logan Street reported an unruly 12-year-old juvenile. The caller was advised.
– Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Pickaway County Banking Center on South Court Street. The scene checked OK.
– Officers responded to reports of a suspicious person in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. The subjects checked OK.
– A caller reported a young male subject riding a dirt bike in the alleyway in the 100 block of East Mill Street. Officers advised it was a four-wheeler, and it was not operational. The caller was advised.
– Officers responded to a property damage accident in the parking lot at Kroger on Lancaster Pike.
– A caller reported a couple arguing in the street in the 300 block of East Mound Street. A report was taken on a domestic dispute.
– A resident in the 500 block of East Franklin Street reported a 3-year-old and 5-year-old stated their aunt is going to burn her house down. No report was taken.
– A resident in the 500 block of Gumm Place reported an inactive Visa card had been stolen. Information was obtained.
– A resident in the 300 block of East Franklin Street reported her children’s father was threatening to harm her. The officer took a report on theft. The officer then marked out in the 400 block of Edwards Road on an investigation, and Jacob Holland was arrested for theft.
– An employee at Sprint Mobile on West Main Street reported several males had been hanging out at the rear of the store. Officers advised the subjects checked OK.
– Todd Gaines was arrested in the area of Georgia and Lynwood after an officer observed him doing tree work in the area and confirmed he had a warrant for his arrest.
– Officers responded to reports of a fight in the area of South Pickaway and Logan streets. Medics were requested on the scene, and a report was taken.
– Officers were requested as mutual aid for the Ohio State Highway Patrol after troopers advised a male subject was becoming agitated during a traffic stop on West Main Street at Western Avenue.
– A resident reported someone broke the window out of her car and stole her purse while parked at Mary Virginia Crites-Hannan Park on Route 188.
– A caller reported someone backed into his vehicle and left the scene in the 100 block of Villa Drive. Officers advised the caller admitted to hitting a pot hole and was unsure if a vehicle struck his.
– A caller reported a known male and unknown female were using heroin in a vehicle at Forest Cemetery. Once they were confronted by the caller, they sped off. Information was obtained.
– A resident in the 400 block of Stella Avenue reported a neighbor was burning unknown items in the back yard. The subjects were advised.
– Chad Grabill, 19, was arrested on a probation violation at Duke and Duchess by Circleville Probation officers after a caller reported a male subject approached them at the store and said he had percocets to sell.
– Keith Alan Skaggs II of Chillicothe was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of heroin after a caller reported four people got out of a vehicle in the 100 block of Fairview Blvd. and went into the back yard trying to gain entry into a home.
– Officers responded to a fight between two females at Wit’s End on West Main Street. A report was taken on disorderly conduct.
– A resident in the 1000 block of Sunshine Street requested extra patrol after her car alarm went off twice within an hour.
