Rebecca Cade, 31, of Chillicothe, died 10:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12, 2015, in Chillicothe.
She was born Nov. 26, 1983, in Detroit, Michigan, to Pastor Michael “Mike” L. and Cynthia “Cindy” J. (Smith) Cade, who survive, of Chillicothe.
Also surviving are a son, Bryan of Chillicothe; a sister, Jayne Cade of Chillicothe; brothers, M. David (Jennifer) Cade of Circleville and Jacob Cade of Chillicothe; grandmother, Freda L. Cade of Chillicothe; and a grandfather, Homer L. Smith of Wyoming, Michigan.
Rebecca was a member of Landmark Christian Church.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, in the Landmark Christian Church, 912 Dayton St., Chillicothe, with Minister Ken Jody Toops officiating. There will be no calling hours.
