David Scott Baxter, 61, of New Plymouth, passed away on Oct. 19, 2015.
He was born on Sept. 28, 1954, in Washington Court House, to David and Virginia (McCafferty) Baxter.
He served in the United States Marine Corps.
David is survived by his parents, David Baxter and Virginia Jankiewicz; wife, Judy (Lowe) Baxter; children, Misty Baxter, Robert Moore and Kenneth Mullins; five grandchildren; and one sister, Dannette.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015, in Sunset Cemetery.
