She was born Dec. 13, 2015, in Columbus.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery.
