Vonley M. Jordan Jr., 64, of Ashville, passed away Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 26, 1951, in Columbus, son of the late Vonley M. and Helen (Sweeney) Jordan Sr.
He was retired from Harrison Twp., Pickaway County, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Juanita Brock.
Survivors include his brother, Keith Jordan of Georgia; sisters, Fourleen Price of Kentucky and Rosalita Dill of Texas; his children, Marianne (Timothy) Smith of Columbus, VJ Jordan of Washington Court House and Brandy (Robert) Cassidy of Georgia; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; six nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2016, at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, Ashville. Chaplain Jim Ferrell will officiate. Burial will follow in Harrison Twp. Cemetery, South Bloomfield.
