David H. Ratliff, 58, of Washington Court House, formerly of Williamsport, passed away at 8:10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, 2016, at the Adena Medical Center.
He was born on July 3, 1957, in Williamsport.
He was a 1975 Westfall High School graduate. He had worked as a truck driver and also drove tour buses. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge #423 and enjoyed playing the guitar, collecting guns and toy trucks.
David was preceded in death by his mother, Roxy Tatman Ratliff; sister, Jerri Ratliff Spears; and his aunt, Debbie Tatman Williams.
Survivors include his Uncle Floyd and Aunt Helen Tatman and Uncle Charles Williams, as well as several cousins and special friend, Kathy Robinson.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no viewing or service. Cremation was observed.
