The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Michael E. Colter, 39, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to eight months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Hanley D. Davis, 24, of Walnut Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. Davis was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and five years of community control.
– Jeremy D. Harding, 38, of East Mound Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft from the elderly. He was sentenced to three years of intervention, 30 days in the county jail and $1,364.20 in restitution.
– John F. Hill, 50, of South Scioto Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison (suspended), a $2,500 fine, a six-month driver’s license suspension and three years of community control.
– Lindsay M. Hoel, 26, of Charleston, West Virginia, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Wayne H. Lanning, 27, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to illegal manufacture of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for March 11.
– Eric E. Mustard, 26, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Phillip G. Peters, 33, of Lancaster, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for March 11.
– Laurie L. Smith, 39, of Pontious Lane, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was ordered to complete a six-month community based correctional facility program.
