February 9
– A resident in the 12100 block of Graham Road, Orient, reported tools had been stolen from his property. A report was taken on theft.
– An employee at Joseppi’s on U.S. Route 62, Harrisburg, reported a male grabbed cash off the counter and left the business. A report was taken on theft.
– An employee at Walmart reported an attempted theft, but the suspect left the store without taking the items.
– Deputies responded to reports of a missing person in the 27000 block of Kime Holderman Road, Circleville.
– Deputies responded to reports of harassment in the 100 block of Chestnut Estates Drive, Orient.
– Deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 8000 block of Water Street, Darbyville.
– Deputies performed a well-being check in the 9000 block of state Route 752, Ashville.
– James Gillian, 42, of Williamsport, was cited for failure to control when his vehicle slid off the roadway on Rector Road, striking a mailbox and a parked vehicle belonging to Kristen Earich of Williamsport. No injuries were reported.
– Brandon Conkel, 28, of Stoutsville, was cited for failure to control on Winchester Road when he attempted to stop at a stop sign and slid through the intersection, striking a vehicle driven by Todd Sparks Jr., 27, of Chillicothe.
– Joseph Stalter, 21, of Amanda, advised he was traveling southbound on state Route 159 when he lost control on a curve and slid off the roadway into a field. No injuries were reported.
– A deputy responded to reports of an unknown vehicle that slid off the roadway on private property and struck a fence. A report was taken on a hit-skip accident.
– Scott Deyarmon, 43, of Orient, advised he was traveling westbound on state Route 56 West and lost control of his vehicle, going off the roadway into a yard. No injuries were reported.
– Timothy Zeller, 51, of Laurelville, advised he was traveling southbound on Tarlton Adelphi Road and hit a patch of ice, causing his vehicle to slide off the roadway and flip over on its side. No injuries were reported.
– Nicole Mantia, 28, of Piqua, advised she was traveling southbound on Carson Road and lost control of her vehicle, sliding off the roadway and rolling over. No injuries were reported.
– Kelli Clark, 32, of Chillicothe, advised she was traveling northbound on Commercial Point Road and went off the roadway over an embankment. No injuries were reported.
– Cody Bullock, 24, of Stoutsville, was cited for failure to control when his vehicle went off the roadway on Ashville Fairfield Road and struck a fence. No injuries were reported.
– Justin D. Blankenship was arrested for failure to appear for the original charge of theft.
February 10
– John F. Mullins, 57, of Orient, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 8300 block of Scioto Darby Road.
– A 16-year-old male was arrested as an unruly child in the 100 block of Water Street, Williamsport.
– A 17-year-old male was arrested in the 26400 block of Thompson Road, Williamsport as an unruly child following reports of a domestic dispute.
– Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in the 9000 block of Rhode Island Way, Orient.
– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 30000 block of Orr Road, Circleville.
– Deputies responded to reports of a disabled vehicle in the 1600 block of Kingston Pike, Circleville.
– Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in the 10000 block of state Route 104, Lockbourne.
– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 6000 block of Zane Trail Road, Circleville.
– Joyce Thompson, 64, of Ashville, advised she was traveling southbound on Winchester Road and lost control on slippery roads, going into a ditch. No injuries were reported.
– Michael Haughey, 32, of Williamsport, was backing from a parking spot on Ballard Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Gordon Smith Jr., 45, of Williamsport.
– Michael Tucker, 31, of East Alton, Illinois, was cited for failure to control when his semi went off the road, causing him to jack-knife the tractor trailer on U.S. Route 23. No injuries were reported.
– Thomas Wildermuth, 38, of Canal Winchester, advised he was traveling westbound on state Route 56 when a vehicle driven by Abdoulaye Fofana, 34, of Mt. Sterling, lost control and struck the vehicle. No injuries were reported.
– Nicholas Davis, 34, of Williamsport, was traveling northbound on London Road when he lost control on the snow and slid into a steel culvert. No injuries were reported.
– Brad E. Klempner was arrested for the original charge of domestic violence.
– Austin B. Keil was arrested for failure to appear for the original charge of driving under suspension.
