Levi Mitchell Chapman was born sleeping on March 24, 2016.
He is survived by his loving parents, Mitchell and Ashley (Hurst) Chapman; brothers, Landon and Lucas Chapman; grandparents, Kevin Chapman of Amanda and Dick (Mona) Hurst of Lancaster; great-grandparents, Chester (Betty) Chapman of Amanda and Gary (Carolyn) Hurst of Logan; aunts and uncles, Matt and Christina Chapman of Amanda and Brent and Stephanie Hurst of Rockbridge. He is also survived by cousins.
Levi was preceded in death by his grandmother, Delcie Chapman, on Feb. 27, 2016.
A funeral service will be held at noon on Monday, March 28, 2016, at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Pastor Matt Speckman officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends and family from 11 a.m. until time of service at noon on Monday.
