Wanda Elaine Tigner, 80, of Circleville, passed away on April 1, 2016, at her loving home.
She was born on Oct. 29, 1935, in Hemlock, West Virginia, to George and Lulah (Zickfoose) Leigh.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Tigner; a son, Steven Michael Norman; and siblings, Mava Dell Osborne and Lavonda Waites.
Wanda is survived by daughters, Patricia (Kenneth) Young and Bonnie Lou Norman; sons, Randal (Linda) Norman and Timothy (Malfus) Norman; daughter-in-law, Peggy Norman; brother, Marvin Leigh; grandchildren, Amy and Patrick Rowe, her caregivers for the last seven years, as well as Jay, Janie, Margo, Katie, Jenny, Elaine, Samantha, Rodger and Cordale; 14 great-grandchildren; and by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Norman officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
