William Alan Higgins, 46, of Circleville, passed away on April 6, 2016, at his residence.
William was born July 27, 1969, in Nelsonville, the son of Alan B. and Betty (Pritchard) Higgins.
He is survived by his wife, Johnna (Elmore) Higgins of Marengo; mother, Betty Higgins of Circleville; and many other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service will take place at the convenience of the family.
