Patsy Ellen Rothgeb, age 82, of Darbyville, passed away peacefully May 1, 2016, at Mount Carmel West Hospital.
She was born July 18, 1933, in Cheshire, to the late James and Alma (Rose) Coughenour.
She married Ora (Pete) Rothgeb on Nov. 14, 1953.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Alma; husband, Ora (Pete); daughter, Brenda (Rothgeb) Boysel; grandson, Keith Boysel; and sisters, Wanda McKinney and Carol Jean Young.
She was a faithful Christian and attended Darbyville Community Church in Darbyville for 21 years.
She is survived by son, Max (Phyllis) Rothgeb of Harrisburg; daughters, Vanessa (Ron) Mosher of Darbyville and Enola Rothgeb-Oiler of Columbus; son-in-law, Verel Boysel of Williamsport; grandchildren, Max II (Courtney), Jason (Sarah), Meghann Rothgeb, Vincent, Tristan, Letisha and Sara Boysel; great-granddaughters, Angel and Chasity; great-grandson, Jason II; step-grandsons, Guy (Laura), Shawn and Eric (Gretchen) Hastings; step-great-grandchildren, Austin, Slone, Erin and Evan Hastings; brother, Jacky (Betty) Coughenour of Pomeroy; sister, Ruby Coughenour of Langsville; and by many nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with burial to follow in Muhlenberg Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
