Ersel Ann Hart, 73, of Chillicothe, passed away on May 16, 2016.
She was born on Feb. 10, 1943, in Laurelville, to Melford E. and Dorothy L. (Betts) Hart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Genivieve Stevens and Phyllis Davis; brother, Melford Hart; and daughter-in-law, Joyce Wiggins.
Ersel is survived by her children, Thomas (Cinda) Wiggins, Barry Wiggins, Charles Wade (Sandy) Wiggins, Kelly Wiggins and Shawn (Rick) Ruff; grandchildren, Caitlynn Wiggins, Samantha Wiggens, Dominique Bretz, Cameron Miller, Ryan Wiggins, Brandon Wiggins, Ashley Wiggins, Princess, Keyla and Cody Gang and Cherokee Hampshire; seven great-grandchildren; and siblings, Helen Hysell, Wayne (Nellie) Hart, Dallas (Kathy) Hart, Marvin Dale Hart, Randy (Donna) Hart and Dawn (Vicki) Hart.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2016, at Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville.
