The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Joshua L. Bailey, 35, of South Main Street, Williamsport, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison (suspended) and a three-year driver’s license suspension.

– Danny Boysel, 41, of Columbus, had his case dismissed at the state’s request on charges of non-support of dependents.

– Jason T. Calder, 23, of Kingston Court, Circleville, pleaded guilty to robbery. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison.

Keith L. Carruthers, 24, of West Corwin Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in heroin. He was sentenced to 24 months in state prison, a $1,000 fine and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Lee R. Combs, 36, of Fourth Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 15 months in state prison.

– David A. Days, 54, of Piketon, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to 30 months in state prison, a $1,000 fine and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– James L. Hampson, 36, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Nikki L. Herron, 30, of West Water Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was ordered to complete a community-based correctional facility program.

– Adam D. Kemp, 30, of West Street, South Bloomfield, pleaded not guilty to burglary, theft and unauthorized use of property. A pretrial hearing was held May 13.

– Nelson G. Milliken Jr., 46, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison.

– Joseph R. Murphy, 49, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing was held May 13.

– Keagan M. Sidders, 18, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary. He is being held without bond pending a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Brian D. Speakman, 48, of Tarlton-Adelphi Road, Laurelville, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to three years of intervention and ordered to complete six months of a community-based correctional facility program.

– Marice L. White II, 25, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing was held May 13.

– Michael J. Bernard, 36, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Ralph L. Netter, 49, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of heroin. He was sentenced to six months in state prison and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Christina L. Butterbaugh, 31, of Washington Court House, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Tony Lee Carmona, 20, of Gay Street, Adelphi, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for June 17.

– Mindy M. Cassidy, 36, of Brown Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail with community control continued.

– Brian E. Dunkle, 44, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to theft and breaking and entering. A pretrial hearing is set for June 17.

– Charles E. England, 34, of Luckbay Road, Commercial Point, pleaded not guilty to possession of drugs and tampering with evidence. A pretrial hearing is set for June 17.

James L. Hardbarger, 37, of Scioto Street, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to rape and sexual battery. A pretrial hearing is set for June 17.

– Chad E. Hartshorn, 42, of Logan, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.

– Joshua V. Hastings, 32, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 24 months in state prison.

– Andrew H. Scoles, 37, of state Route 327, Laurelville, pleaded guilty to improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison.
