Donna Jean (Moss) Hettinger, 63, of Whisler, entered into Heaven on June 10, 2016, at Adena Medical Center surrounded by her family.
She was born Oct. 17, 1952, in Pickaway County, the daughter of the late Donald J. and Lillian (Lane) Moss.
On April 14, 1984, she married Floyd W. Hettinger, who survives.
Donna is also survived by son, Bradley J. Hettinger; sister, Patricia A. (Michael) McGinnis of Circleville; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Donna was also predeceased by son, David Hettinger, in 1984.
Donna was a graduate of Logan Elm High School and Capital University. She retired from Adena Elementary School as a special education teacher.
She was a member and mother advisor for the Rainbow Girls and former member of the Eastern Star. She was a member of the Whisler Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 13, 2016, at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston. Burial will follow in Prairie View Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Hill’s. Condolences can be made on Donna’s online guest registry at www.hillfhkingston.com.
