Cheryl L. Cunningham, 54, of Circleville, died July 6, 2016, at OSU Hospital.
She was born on March 26, 1962, in Portsmouth, the daughter of Marvin and Barbara (Blanton) Patrick.
She was a 1980 graduate of Wheelersburg High School and worked at BWC.
She is survived by her parents; husband, Mark Cunningham; son, Adam Cunningham; brother, Jeff (Tami) Patrick; and nephews, Zachary and Tyler.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
