Gary R. Lowery, 68, of Circleville, died at 8 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2016, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 9, 1947, in Franklin County, to the late Willard and Gladys Waldren Lowery.
On Aug. 10, 1969, he married the former Mary M. Richards, who survives.
Also surviving are children, Susan (Rogelin) Salazar and Gary W. Lowery; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; four sisters; and a brother.
He was predeceased by a sister and a brother.
Gary served in the U.S. Army.
Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2016, in Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Pastor Steve Hayes officiating. There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Ware Funeral Home, Chillicothe.
