Vivian A. Stalder, 77, of Amanda, passed away on Monday, Aug. 15, 2016, at Lanfair Center.
She was born on Feb. 20, 1939, in Stoutsville, and was the daughter of the late Merle and Marjorie (Phillips) Kinser.
Vivian was a 1957 graduate of Amanda High School and a member of Mt. Carmel United Church of Christ and Olivedale Senior Center.
She was a bus driver for Amanda Clearcreek School District, and retired after more than 30 years of service.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dave Stalder and Karen Saft-Stalder of Amanda; two sisters, Martha Kennedy of Lancaster and Roselyn Robinson of New Haven, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gail Stalder; and a son, Ron Stalder.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016, at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda with Rev. Marilin Miller officiating. Burial will be in Amanda Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
