Dean Fultz MacFadden, 80, of Circleville, passed away on Sept. 7, 2016.
He was born on Sept. 22, 1935, in New Marshfield, to Edward and Mary (Fultz) MacFadden.
He was an Army veteran and was an avid golfer and enjoyed his Deer Creek Golfing Gang.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley (Potter) MacFadden; daughter, Lisa MacFadden; and by siblings, Larry, Janet, Christine, Barry, Keith and Robert.
Dean is survived by his daughter, Sherrie MacFadden; brother, Danny (Helen) MacFadden; sister, Judy McClain; and by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
