TVEF offers grant for Chromebooks

The Teays Valley Educational Foundation recently awarded a $1,500 grant to Kim Strayer, a second-grade teacher at Ashville Elementary School, to be used to purchase seven Chromebooks for her classroom.

“I am so grateful to the Teays Valley Educational Foundation for giving us the opportunity to thrive as a 21st century class,” Strayer said. “These Chromebooks will help students grow in the area of technology. They are excited to have the opportunity to explore technology on a daily basis right in our classroom.”
