Joan Elaine Elliott, 90, of Circleville, passed away Oct. 2, 2016.
She was born on Sept. 9, 1926, in Buffalo, New York, to Milford and Mary (Wilson) Catlin.
Joan attended Community United Methodist Church and was the founder of Joanee’s Crafts.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ned Elliott; and sister, Yvonne Knight.
Joan is survived by her children, Sharane Zito, Todd, Doug and Louise Elliott; and grandchildren, Aurelia and Ameded Zito, Michael and Sarah Elliott and Jake Badger.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016, at Floral Hills Cemetery with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Wellman Funeral Home.
