Charles “Lee” Davis I, 78, of Ashland, died peacefully Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017, at Crystal Care Center in Ashland.
Born July 5, 1938, in Circleville, he was the son of Charles William and Goldie (Leach) Davis.
He retired from Pepsi Cola and was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother and will be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his son, Shannon; and a granddaughter, Faith.
He is survived by two daughters, DeeDee (Gary) Studzinski and Sherri (Roger) Price; a son, Charles (Gretchen) Davis II; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mahala (Larry) Riley.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Rd., Ontario. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017, at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Doyle Peyton. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
