Lucas J.S. Conley, 18, of Stoutsville, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hocking County Coroner.
According to reports, Conley was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier westbound on Ellis Road in Hocking County about 5:22 p.m. Saturday when he went left of center and struck a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Sheila M. Azbell, 51, of Rockbridge.
Azbell was transported by Air Evac to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Dustin A.K. Miller, 18, of Laureville, a passenger in Conley’s vehicle, was transported by Med-Flight One to Grant Medical Center in Columbus. His injuries were considered life-threatening, but Trooper Alan Stalder said Tuesday that Miller was listed in stable condition at last report.
