Carol Franks, 73, of South Bloomfield, died April 19, 2017, at her residence.
She was born May 11, 1943, in Franklin County, the daughter of Stephen and Dorothy (Reid) Cook.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Sharon Welsh.
She is survived by her children, Tami Singleton, Jami (Tom) Gavigan and James “Jimmy” Franks; grandchildren, Amy (John) Horsley, Mandi Crosby, Michael Crosby and Tori Franks; great-grandchildren, Jenna, Alyssa, Tessa and Ryan; and siblings, Patricia (Larry) Moore and Stephen (Sandi) Cook.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at the Zion United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Harrison Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church.
