Paul Frederick Good, 86, of Kingston, passed away on April 20, 2017, at Adena Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
He was born April 21, 1930, in Adelphi, the son of the late Paul and Nellie (Weaver) Good.
On March 24, 1956, he united in marriage with his loving wife of 61 years, Margaret (McNichols) Good, who survives.
Paul is also survived by his loving children, Paula (Don) Jarrell, Paul Michael (Rose) Good and Marsha (Jimmy) Cantrell; grandchildren, Donnie (Jolene) Jarrell, Nathan (Cory) Jarrell, Kevin (Danica) Jarrell, Dustin (Lindy) Good, Paul Jonathan (Sarah) Good, Heath Good, Cameron Cantrell, Trisha Hammond, Ashley Hammond and Holley Hammond; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Loretta (Good) Waltz; sister-in-law, Joann Good; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Larry Good; and brother-in-law, Elmer Waltz.
Paul served as a sergeant with the U.S. Army for two years during the Korean War, on the Green Township Fire Department for 55 years, and worked for DuPont for 33.5 years.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston, with Rev. Barry Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with military honors provided by the Ross County Honor Guard. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hill’s.
