South Bloomfield Elementary School first grade teacher Heather Bartholow recently received a grant for $2,278.50 from the Teays Valley Educational Foundation to purchase touch-screen Chromebooks.
The Chromebooks will be used by the kindergarten, first and second grade students for various programs to provide them additional enrichment and intervention activities.
“On behalf of the students and staff at South Bloomfield Elementary, I would like to thank the Teays Valley Educational Foundation for their continued support,” Bartholow said. “The students are looking forward to the research and enrichment that can be completed with our new touch-screen computers. Thank you for making this possible.”
