The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Autumn R. Adkins, 23, of Mt. Sterling, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was ordered to complete the STAR relapse program, and her intervention was extended to a total of five years.
– Justin R. Blevins, 19, of Hagerty Road, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, murder and felonious assault. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 11.
– Anthony D. Carter, 24, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity with specification; conspiracy to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity with specification; two counts of trafficking in cocaine with specification; two counts of trafficking in heroin with specification; nine counts of trafficking in heroin; two counts of conspiracy to felony trafficking in cocaine; and three counts of trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 11.
– Tanner M. Kingery, 25, of Western Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to burglary. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison.
– David L. Lycans, 46, of Pickerington, pleaded guilty to felonious assault. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– William R. Moore Jr., 46, of Washington Court House, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison.
– Kendra A. Queen, 27, of Commercial Point Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. Intervention was continued with residential living restriction imposed.
– Joshua T. Rea, 39, of South Church Street, New Holland, pleaded guilty to robbery and theft. He was sentenced to 24 months in state prison.
– Genna L. Scott, 30, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 11.
– James N. Thacker, 45, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison.
– Christian Welsh, 22, of Lancaster Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to six months in state prison.
