Rodger Lee Binkley, age 77 of Amanda passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 at his home. Born February 28, 1940 to the late Jim and Toni (Cupp) Binkley. He was also preceded in death by his brother Jimmy Binkley and his sister Barb Betts. He married the love of his life, Judy Allison, on December 20, 1958, she survives him. Also surviving are his five children, Vickey (Chuck) Stevens, Steve (Robin Wolfe) Binkley, Jackie (Jay) Fausnaugh, Tracy (Brian Stephenson) Kriss, and Joyce (Chris) Hanes, grandchildren Jeremy (Katie) Stevens, Kim (Dustin) Westhoven, Christopher (Leah) Hanes, Calvin (Katy) Hanes, Madison (Blake) Reta, Sam and Jalynn Fausnaugh, Alison and Josie Kriss, great grandchildren Lane, Logan, Lucas, Colton, Raylee, Dylan, Jace, Caleb, Curtis, Hadley, and Weston. He is also survived by brothers Tommy Binkley, Jeff (Sherry) Binkley and sister Saunie (Jim) Hinton, sisters in laws Ruth Goldsberry, Carolyn Sheets, Maxine Allison, Janet Allison, Joanne Binkley and many friends and extended family.
Rodger was a truck driver for many years crossing the country for J. W. Eshelmens, Carnation, Manna Pro, M.S. Carriers, Porter Drywall and Bussert Livestock. Calling hours will be Sunday, October 1, 2017 starting at 1:00 and ending at 5:00 at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. The funeral will be Monday, October 2, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with the Reverend Howard Allison officiating. Burial will be at Reber Hill Cemetery.
