Betty Lou Hissey, 67, of Circleville passed away on December 3, 2017. She was born on June 10, 1950 in Pickaway County to Joseph and Alta (Garrett) Stump. She retired as a bus driver for Logan Elm School District. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brother Marvin Stump, sister Dorothy Strausbaugh and by special friend Ray Phares. Betty is survived by son John (Robin) Hissey, sister Angela Kennedy, granddaughters Stephanie Hissey and Lily Reed, grandson Dallas Reed and by siblings Arthur (Melodee) Stump, Donald Stump, Joseph Stump Jr. and Joanna Boyer.
