E. Juanita Surbaugh, 89 of Orient passed away on Mon. Feb. 12, 2018 at Pickaway Manor, Circleville. OH. She was born July 19, 1928 to the late Ray M. and Margaret A. (Donley) Chambers in Columbus, OH. She was a graduate of South High School and retired after 25 years as an Account Clerk at OSU Vet Hospital. She was a member of Amazing Grace Christian Church in Grove City.
E. Juanita is survived by sons Michael R. (Juanita) Surbaugh of Circleville, Dale (Lori) Surbaugh of Westerville and Scott R. Surbaugh of Orient; grandchildren Raymond Surbaugh of Circleville, Dennis (Sarah) Surbaugh of Columbus and Nicholas Surbaugh of Westerville; and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. with Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. on Wed. Feb. 14, 2018 with Pastor Tom Alexander officiating at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43113. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery in Grove City, OH.
