CIRCLEVILLE – Four people pleaded not guilty to Medicaid Eligibility Fraud in the Court of Common Pleas on 4-18-2018. The four people were Julie Gloyd of Ashville, Derrell Shields of Commercial Point, Nyresha Shields of Commercial Point, and Kimberly Vanhorne of Mt. Ster. Three of the four, excluding Kimberly Vanhorne, were also charged with Illegal Use of Foodstamps. The pre-trial for all four is set for 5-11-2018.
