Chillicothe – Two arrests have been made in a robbery that was committed at Chips Drive-Thru Carry out located at 33 North Bridge Street in Chillicothe. Officers arrested 17 year old Shawn Seymour and 18 year old Dakota Richards. Both have been charged with aggravated robbery of the carry-out.
According to Chillicothe police during the investagtion the officers found a missing/runaway girl Hali Parsley (17) reported missing since October 26th of last week. Hali has now been returned to her parents.
