In Common Pleas Court news today, William P. Weaver (24) of Circleville pleaded not guilty to kidnapping and gross sexual imposition. The court date was the result of an alleged kidnapping that was reported on October 15th, 2018. Weaver’s pre-trial is currently set for December 14th, 2018.
