CIRCLEVILLE – November 11th is nationally known as Veterans Day, and to honor our veterans the Logan Elm FFA and Teays Valley FFA were asked to participate in a dinner for them on Sunday at the Amvets in Circleville. With the FFA being an American organization, we would not be able to assemble in peace if it were not for our veterans, so we feel we should show them appreciation in any form we can.
Members who were present helped serve the veterans food, distribute raffle tickets, and simply have conversations about their past with them. During the event there were many laughs, tears, and smiles as ceremonies were held for the missing persons and changing of the flag, as well as the National Anthem, which was performed by the Logan Elm choir.
