Ross County Sheriff Requests Reader Assistance in Richmondale

Sheriff Lavender is asking for the communities assistance in identifying the subject and vehicle in the attached photos.

This person has been reported for suspicious activity in the Richmondale, Londonderry, and Vigo Road area.
