Pickaway – 
On 06-07-2019 at 12:52 AM, Corporal Stephen Harger stopped a vehicle on Mingo Street at East Franklin Street, in the city of Circleville, for a speeding and a marked lanes of travel violation. After indicators were observed by Corporal Harger of possible drug activity his K-9 partner Joris was deployed to do a free air sniff around the vehicle. Corporal Harger had the driver and her passenger exit their vehicle and walk to the back of the vehicle. As the passenger walked to the back of the vehicle, Corporal Harger witnessed him shake something out of his pants and try to kick it under the vehicle. When the bag was retrieved it was found to obtain 14 grams of methamphetamine. The passenger was arrested and transported to the Pickaway County Jail where he was charged with Possession of Drugs and Tampering with Evidence.
